For the Kerrigan's, each day is a good working day because it is nurtured by the seeds of love, appreciation, and view. Although others in the crisis look down their noses at this friends and family, they possess greatest gift of all, a genuinely happy friends and family life. Throughout this film many emails are submit about Sydney so that by the end of the film we are playing a feeling that people understand the small world through which this family lives, and we could watch them through and assortment of activities. I think one of the main messages regarding Australia conveyed in The fortress is the fact that Australians aren't terribly materialistic and in basic are quite simplified. They prefer the simple great things is obviously no matter how unimportant or creatively unappealing they could be to others. Darryl Kerrigan views the world within a unique approach. He examines the singing power lines above his house and instead of finding a malignancy threat; this individual sees a symbol of human progress. In a way the entire story line with the castle shows the view of Australians as being simple and straight forward. The slender plot is simply as simple like a children's book.

This simple plot on the other hand leads to a far easier understanding of the messages being presented in the film Australians happen to be shown as being the typical family next door persons. The Kerrigan's aren't what you should call complex, nor draught beer well educated; the proudest minute of Darryl's life was when Tracy earned her degree in hair dress up from The sun Tech.
