The conventional paper is an effort by the creator to highlight quite roles played out by the tutor educators in moulding and shaping the behaviour of prospective professors who were in charge of giving top quality education towards the future individuals and their development and growth. The author in addition has discussed the issues related to educator education and teacher educators as the background of the same. In order to realize the primary objective of his research the author provides analyzed the reports of various educational commissions and committees appointed by government of India and has also analyzed some of the related literature accessible in the websites.

Top quality of learners depends on top quality of professors who comprise the central source of the whole education system. Teachers have got a vital role to play in persona building of the students and in addition preparing them to succeed in their lives. This aspect of education cannot be even more relevant as compared to 21st century, age globalisation and ICTs. As a result, it is crucial for teachers to become well-rounded and equipped with required expertise so that they can build essential knowledge and skills in the students for them to succeed in a new of incredible opportunities and challenges. The educational institutions are considered as an important part of the culture. However , University or college Education Commission payment (1948-49) mentioned " People in this country have been slow to recognize that education can be described as profession which is why intensive preparation is necessary as it is in any additional profession”. This kind of concern indicated in the record is with your life in its relevance even today. The Indian Education Commission (1964-66) professed, " The destiny of India is now staying shaped in her classrooms”. National Coverage on Education (NPE) 1986 has also highlighted " The status of the teacher demonstrates the socio-cultural ethos from the society; may be that not any people may rise above the level of its teachers”. Such exhortations are indeed an expression of the natural part played by the teachers because transmitters, inspirers and promoters of mans eternal quest for knowledge. Should this part expectation always be not taken as rhetoric but as a goal being constantly striven for, the urgency is always to address ourself seriously to examining the problems related to the preparation of teachers as well as to prune the theory and practice of teacher education (Siddiqui 2009). Tutor educators are responsible for making quality educators as their method of organizing theoretical framework; functional sessions and skills advancement programme affect the future educators. The activities suggested during training are transported to the classroom teaching inside the schools. Harvey (1993) and Atwood (2007) point out that Quality processes tend to concentrate on ‘core' areas of education just like learning-teaching and course corporation. However , you will find few research studies to provide tangible answer to the question whether tutor educators have an effect on the teachers' classrooms conduct or managing of activities in the universities. In this framework, the jobs and features of instructor educators become significant and relevant. Until and until there is a solid programme intended for developing teacher educators, instructor development can be not possible. NCTE was established in 1993 by the Act of parliament to offer professionalism to teacher planning programme. Tutor educators will be key actors in the space of top quality education.
